Companies

Company triggers cover Shopify's B2B features: companies, the people (contacts) associated with them, and their locations. They're useful for syncing wholesale or B2B account management to a monday.com board.

These triggers only fire if your store has Shopify's B2B features enabled and companies set up.

Available triggers

Company

  • Company created: a new company account is created
  • Company updated: any property of a company changes
  • Company deleted: a company account is removed

Company contact

  • Company contact created: a new contact is added to a company
  • Company contact updated: any property of a company contact changes
  • Company contact deleted: a contact is removed from a company

Company location

  • Company location created: a new location is added to a company
  • Company location updated: any property of a company location changes
  • Company location deleted: a location is removed from a company

Available data (Company)

  • ID: the company's unique identifier in Shopify
  • Name: the company's name
  • External ID: an identifier assigned by an external system, like an ERP
  • Customer since: when the company became a customer
  • Note: any internal note attached to the company
  • Created at / Updated at: when the company record was created and when it was last modified

Available data (Company contact)

  • ID: the contact's unique identifier in Shopify
  • Customer ID: links the contact to its underlying customer record
  • Company ID: links the contact to its company
  • Title: the contact's job title
  • Locale: the contact's preferred language and locale
  • Created at / Updated at: when the contact record was created and when it was last modified

Available data (Company location)

  • ID: the location's unique identifier in Shopify
  • Company ID / Company name: links the location to its company
  • Name: the location's name
  • External ID: an identifier assigned by an external system
  • Phone: the location's phone number
  • Locale: the location's preferred language and locale
  • Note: any internal note attached to the location
  • Tax exemptions: tax exemption categories that apply to this location
  • Tax registration - Tax ID: the location's tax registration identifier
  • Billing address / Shipping address: structured addresses (street, city, province, country, zip, recipient, and phone) attached to the location
  • Created at / Updated at: when the location record was created and when it was last modified
