Returns
Return triggers fire throughout the lifecycle of a return request: from when a customer or staff member first requests one, through approval or decline, to its final closure. They're useful for syncing post-purchase support workflows.
Available triggers
- Return requested: a customer or staff member requests a return
- Return approved: a return request is approved
- Return declined: a return request is declined
- Return cancelled: a return is cancelled before completion
- Return reopened: a previously closed or declined return is reopened
- Return updated: any property of a return changes
- Return closed: a return reaches its final state
