Products

Product triggers fire when items in your catalog are created, updated, or removed. They're handy for syncing inventory, merchandising, or content workflows to a monday.com board.

Available triggers

  • Product created: a new product is added to the catalog
  • Product updated: any property of a product changes, like its price, status, tags, or description
  • Product deleted: a product is removed from the catalog

Available data

Here's what you can map onto your monday.com board:

  • ID: the product's unique identifier in Shopify
  • Title: the product's name
  • Description: the product's body content (HTML)
  • Vendor: the brand or manufacturer
  • Product type: the custom category assigned to the product
  • Handle: the URL-friendly identifier used in the storefront
  • Status: the product's lifecycle state, one of active, archived, or draft
  • Published scope: where the product is published, e.g. web or global
  • Tags: tags applied to the product
  • Created at / Updated at: when the product was created and when it was last modified
  • Published at: when the product was published to the storefront
